Where we work
We only work where we can be at the house in under an hour. We do not manage from afar. We do not open new areas until we know the old ones.
One house
We took the house standing, with the inside still to be done. In a few months it was ready to receive guests, in running order, and paying its own way.
Architectural plan. Engineering. Interior design. Licensing. Professional photography.
Full cleaning between stays. Fresh linen. House checked before every arrival. Twenty-four hour cover.
Each guest is followed through. Pastel de nata on arrival. Returning guests have their own corner of the house.
With the house running, we go back to the start. Architectural plan to add rooms. Engineering. Licensing. The same support as on day one, now to grow.

Each house gets the plan it needs. Some more, some less. The goal is an operation that pays its own way, in the form the owner prefers.
